This policy explains what personal data we collect, for what purpose and on what basis, who we share it with and what rights you have. It covers the baltic-dockyard.pl website and quote requests sent through the form.

What data we collect
- Form data: your name, email address and the message content if you add one. - Request basket content: the items and quantities you selected. - Technical data: IP address and basic browser information, only as needed to handle and secure the form. We do not collect special categories of data and we do not make fully automated decisions.
Purposes and legal bases
- Handling your quote request and replying with a quote - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract). - Replying to messages and ongoing contact - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest). - Protecting the form against abuse - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. - Analytics and marketing cookies - Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent).
Who we share data with
We only share data with providers that help us run the service: - an email delivery provider that forwards requests to our inbox, - a hosting and server infrastructure provider. Data is processed within the European Economic Area. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep data
We keep request data for as long as needed to handle it, and then for the period in which related claims may be brought. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object, port your data and withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
