A supplier you can put on the critical path.
Baltic Dockyard runs a central warehouse in Warsaw - one base for stock, the technical desk and dispatch. We work under frame agreements with shipowners, yards and offshore operators.
Every shipment leaves with full traceability: material certificates, class documents and photos taken before dispatch.

What the buyers who order from us actually say.
Ratings collected from engineers, superintendents and buyers across the fleets we supply.
An injector let go mid-voyage and we needed a full set in a hurry. They tracked it down, attached the 3.1 certificate and had it at our agent before the berth window. Days of downtime avoided.
Called on a Saturday night about an emergency and their crew was on the vessel by Sunday noon. That kind of response is why they stay on our list.
Years of ordering and they've never let me down. Reliable, professional, straight answers every time.
The part I needed was long out of production - three other suppliers gave up. These people found it.
Good gear, delivered on schedule and ready to run. The quote took a bit longer than I'd have liked, but the result was solid.
Prices are fair and the quotes come back quick. Ordering with them is simply easy.
Ordered in the afternoon, the parts were on the quay next morning. Hard to beat that.
They know their engines. Steered me off a part that wouldn't have fit and saved me a costly mistake.
Needed 15,000 psi gate valves for the wellhead and they delivered exactly to spec. No surprises, no delays.
Worked with us?
Before you send an enquiry.
Six things buyers ask on first contact. Question not here? Call us, we pick up during office hours.
01How fast will I get a quote?
The standard is 24 hours on business days, the average is under 4 hours. Enquiries marked urgent - vessel in port - jump the queue.
02OEM or approved replacement?
We quote both options where they exist. A replacement always comes with a material certificate and class approval, so you decide on full data.
03What documents come with the part?
Depending on the item: EN 10204 3.1 certificate, classification society certificates, declarations of conformity and pre-shipment inspection photos. The scope is confirmed in the offer.
04Do you deliver to my port?
We cover over 120 ports in 38 countries - to the agent, a port warehouse or straight to the deck. Customs clearance and export documents are on us.
05I don't know the part number. What should I send?
A nameplate photo, a page from the manual or the dimensions are enough. Our technical desk handles identification, usually within a few hours.
06What is the minimum order value?
There is none. We handle a single seal as readily as a full drydock supply list. A frame agreement adds fixed terms and quoting priority.
