A supply desk that answers before you chase it.
Baltic Dockyard started in 1998 as a two-person purchasing desk at a Gdańsk shipyard. Today it is three warehouses on the Baltic and the North Sea, 128 people and a technical duty line that picks up at three on a Sunday morning - because that is usually when someone calls with a dead engine.

The company in numbers
Three warehouses, one stock figure.
The warehouses run on shared stock: an item reserved in Gdynia leaves the Rotterdam figure the same second. That is why a dispatcher can answer "do you have it today?" without calling back.
Gdańsk
11,400 m²Central warehouse and technical desk. Engines, pumps, valves, hydraulics.
Gdynia
4,200 m²Deck and mooring equipment. Ropes, chains, anchors, winches.
Rotterdam
2,800 m²Buffer stock for the North Sea. LSA, fire-fighting, fast-wearing parts.

An engineer picks the part, not a search box.
The technical desk is 34 people, most of them former ship engineers and yard surveyors. They read a nameplate photo, recognise an engine by the shape of its cover, and know when a replacement is safe and when it is worth waiting for the original.

Every part arrives with its paperwork.
We do not send you to the maker for documents. We compile them ourselves and show them before dispatch - so a surveyor does not hold the vessel at handover.

Identification
A nameplate photo or a part number is enough. We also identify systems the maker no longer supports.
Goods-in inspection
Dimensions, material and markings are checked in the warehouse, not on deck. A discrepancy stops the item.
Documentation
The document scope is agreed at quotation and sent for approval before the part leaves the warehouse.
Delivery to the ship
Customs, transport and handover at the quay or on the platform - with one contact number on our side.
Four addresses, one owner of the job.
The offices run framework contracts with owners, yards and offshore operators. Whoever signed the contract, one contract manager stays responsible for the delivery.

Send a part number or a nameplate photo.
We come back with a quote in 24 hours - lead time, documents and an alternative if the original takes too long.
