Pneumatic control valve
Pneumatic valve for the main engine start and control air, with an oil- and heat-resistant diaphragm and seat.
Piston skirt
Low-speed engine piston skirt, guide flange with a running coating, matched together with the crown and rings.
Piston ring set
Piston ring set - compression and oil rings, chrome- or plasma-coated, matched to the bore and piston grooves.
Piston crown
Main engine piston crown in heat-resistant steel with oil-cooling bores, crown face NDT-checked.
Cylinder liner
Alloy cast-iron cylinder liner with plateau honing, lubrication ports and a sealing collar under the cover.

Exhaust valve spindle
Exhaust valve spindle with a Stellite-faced seat, resistant to high-temperature heavy-fuel corrosion.

Marine reduction-reversing gearbox for the main engine, with hydraulic clutch and output to the propeller shaft. Selected by power, rpm and ratio, complete or as parts.
MAN B&W 6K45GFCA piston and piston rod
Piston group parts for the MAN B&W K45GFCA two-stroke main engine: the complete piston with rod, the rod on its own, the piston skirt and piston rings in two sizes. Rings also come in larger lots, enough for the whole engine.
MAN B&W 6K45GFCA piston rod seals and scraper rings
Piston rod stuffing box seal set, oil scraper rings, sealing lip and O-rings for the MAN B&W K45GFCA, plus loose sealing rings made to size. The stuffing box keeps the scavenge space apart from the crankcase, so worn rings soon show up as dirty system oil.
MAN B&W 6K45GFCA exhaust valve and actuator parts
Exhaust valve and hydraulic actuator parts for the MAN B&W K45GFCA. On K-GF engines the valve is opened by pressure oil: a piston pump, driven off the cam through a roller guide, sends it to a cylinder above the valve spindle. The list covers the valve guide, bushings and rings, plus the pump piston, roller bushing and the roller itself.
MAN B&W 6K45GFCA fuel pump and injection parts

MAN B&W 6K45GFCA exhaust compensator and thermometers
Bellows compensator for the MAN B&W K45GFCA and exhaust gas thermometers, 50-650 °C, with a 225 mm stem, Ø 13 mm. Compensators take up thermal movement between the exhaust valve housings, the exhaust receiver and the turbocharger. The thermometers read exhaust temperature after the cylinders, so they are usually ordered for the whole engine at once.
MAN B&W 6K45GFCA control mechanism
Control mechanisms from plate group 90702 for the MAN B&W K45GFCA. In MAN B&W numbering group 907 is the starting air system, so before quoting we confirm the version against the parts catalogue of the actual engine and only then give a lead time.
MAN B&W 6T23LH fuel injector
Complete fuel injector for the MAN B&W T23LH auxiliary engine (225 mm bore, 300 mm stroke) that drives shipboard generator sets. New or reconditioned, with the opening pressure set and leak-tested.
ABB VTR501 and VTR200 turbocharger bearings
Compressor-end (CE-32) and turbine-end (TE-38) bearing sets for the ABB VTR501-2P turbocharger, plus a heat-insulating ring for the VTR200-W3P and a sealing bushing for the VTR501-2P. The VTR rotor runs in spring-mounted rolling bearings with their own lubrication, which have a set life in hours and are replaced as a set at overhaul.
Jichai 8190Z cylinder head
Complete cylinder head for Jichai (Chidong) 190-series engines, including the in-line eight-cylinder 8190Z, 8190ZL and 8190ZLCD with 190 mm bore and 210 mm stroke. Part no. 12VB.03.00B is shared across the 190 family, so before quoting we check it against the engine nameplate and fitted equipment.
Jichai 8190ZLCD fuel injection pump
Complete in-line, eight-plunger fuel injection pump for the Jichai 8190ZLCD engine. Several pump codes circulate under part no. 208L.12P.00, so before dispatch we confirm the version and rotation, and the pump fits the drive without rework.
Jichai 190-series filter elements
Fuel and oil filter elements for Jichai (Chidong) 190-series engines. The 12VB.18.00B oil filter housing takes five 12VB.18.10B elements, so they are ordered as a full set. They are changed at every service, so we ship them in larger lots with the rest of the engine order.
Jichai 8190 coupling LC3410 and flywheel seal
LC3410 flexible coupling set, which in assembly 208L.44.00 connects the Jichai 8190ZLCD engine to the generator, and the flywheel oil seal for the 8190ZL. The coupling rubber elements and the seal wear faster than the rest of the drive and are worth keeping as spares.
SKL 6VDS 29/24 AL-2 piston and rings
Complete piston, compression rings and oil scraper ring for the six-cylinder SKL 6VDS 29/24 AL-2 (1,190 kW at 900 rpm), often found as an auxiliary engine. The SKL works in Magdeburg no longer make parts, so we offer genuine surplus stock or equivalents matched by dimensions, and the quote always says which one.
SKL 6VDS 29/24 valves and rocker arms
Inlet and exhaust valve spindles and seats, valve guides and rocker arms for the SKL 6VDS 29/24 AL-2. The 751-11001 exhaust valve spindle is made of Nimonic, a heat-resistant nickel alloy. Valves and seats are best replaced in pairs so the faces lap in together.
SKL 6VDS 29/24 gaskets and sealing rings
Cylinder cover gasket and 270 × 8 and 290 × 8 mm sealing rings for the SKL 6VDS 29/24 AL-2. Where genuine parts are gone we match equivalents by size and material, and the quote spells out exactly what we supply.
Volvo Penta TAMD103A seawater pump
Seawater pump 3829313 for the Volvo Penta TAMD103A (it supersedes 3829312 and also fits the TAMD102, TAMD120 and TAMD122), the impeller kit with the pump cover gasket, and the cylinder head gasket. The rubber-impeller pump is gear-driven from the engine, and the impeller is what gets changed most often.
Weichai WP10 water pumps
Water pumps for Weichai WP10 marine engines: belt-driven seawater pump 1001778894 for the WP10CD200 and pump 612600170021-2 for the WP10CD200E-200. Pump numbers differ between engine versions, so we check them against the nameplate before quoting.
